Welcome!!! Im so excited to share that after holding onto this space for almost a decade now (I know,I know, but it’s NEVER to late for your calling) It’s now time to share the direction in which I am being called and what has been resonating deep within my soul for so long! After learning Shamanic practices, tarot, intuitive readings, meditation , positive thinking etc, it still didn’t quite feel right…

I know and trust that we are all connected, through energy, spirit…. here together for a reason, yes, but I didn’t know how to take my experiences and help others….As I continue to move through life, still working on healing and growing within, I invite you along on my journey! And in the end, coaching with spirit, I hope to confidently assist you with becoming the best version of yourself! Because honey, YOU have it all within YOU too!!!

With the assistance of some very amazing people at the Credentialed coach School, I am currently working through their certification program to become a certified Life and Success coach. To me, it’s important to hold myself in a higher standard to have certifications in this industry because, well, anyone can call themselves a coach…. but I am choosing to take the time to become a certified coach. I picked the Credentialed Coach School because they are an affiliate with ICF (International Coaching Federation) they choose to hold themselves and their partners to high standards and use ethical practices across the board.

Through this experience, I will learn to hold space for you, so we can CO-CREATE together and bring to life all the goodness you already hold within yourself and to become the best version of YOU too.

SO MANY goodies, techniques, modalities and education will be offered to assist you along your journey as well! But, always remember, YOU hold the key within yourself! This is not and will not be any sorts of medical advice, consultation or a place to receive a diagnosis… Our time together will be spent as a co-creating partnership that you will be 100% responsible to show up for and do your work with my support to keep you on track to your goals, dreams and desires. I will be your support and hold space for you throughout your journey as those are doing for me as I get certified to assist and help so many in the future once I am finished with my studies.
